Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) is involved in the synthesis of nucleoproteins and myelin, the regeneration of nerve cells, normal body growth, and red blood cell production. It also plays a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) is an essential coenzyme that produces energy through the metabolism of carbohydrates.

Side effects:

Due to the caffeine content, this product may cause sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, and behavioral changes.

Taurine, at the recommended amount, is generally well tolerated.
